Background

The through-line in everything I've built

Most design problems I've worked on aren't about aesthetics — they're about adoption. The science is sound. The methodology is defensible. The product is real. But people won't use what they don't understand, and they won't trust what feels like a black box.

I've spent my career working at the intersection of rigorous systems and the humans who need to act on them. At Sigma Squared, that meant making Harvard-level labor economics legible to recruiters and HR managers without losing the scientific integrity the founders built it on. At Electrify America, it meant redesigning an entire ecosystem — app, charger, in-car, physical environment — so that a first-time EV driver could complete a charge without anxiety or a call to support. At Domino's, it meant reducing 200 daily transactions per employee from an exhausting task to an effortless one.

My work spans product design, information architecture, data visualization, content design, and design leadership. I'm comfortable in ambiguity, at home in a whiteboard session, and know how to ship.

    Leading product design across the Outcomes Intelligence Platform — talent, public safety, and revenue intelligence verticals. Responsible for navigation architecture, data visualization, content design, and design strategy as the company shifted from consulting-led to product-led growth.

    Grew from Product Designer to Design Director over the engagement. Owned design across mobile app, physical HMI, CarPlay & Android Auto, HomeStation product, Fleet management tool, design system, white-label OEM and commercial partnerships, physical labels, and marketing website.

    Complete redesign of the Pulse™ proprietary POS system — commissioned by corporate and deployed across all US corporate-owned stores, offered to franchisees nationwide. Designed 10 core operational flows from ground up.
